About this service
This site opens a complete Dolibarr on demand, long enough to try a module in real conditions. No video, no screenshot: real software, with real data, that you drive yourself.
How a demonstration goes
- You pick a module in the catalog and leave your email address.
- A confirmation link reaches you: it keeps an address from being signed up without its consent.
- Your instance is built, on its own subdomain, with its own data.
- You enter Dolibarr already signed in, on the module you asked for, prefilled.
- The instance lives 2 hours from your first visit, then it is destroyed.
What becomes of what you type in
Nothing leaves it and nothing remains. Each instance is isolated from the others, and its destruction is final: do not use it for real data, it would be lost. The datasets you find in it are fictional. No email leaves a demonstration instance, which spares you writing to a third party without meaning to while testing a reminder or an invoice.
Your email address is used to send you the access link, the reminder that the demonstration is ending and, once it is over, a request for your opinion. Every message carries an unsubscribe link. Your opinion, if you give it, is read by the team that develops the module.
To fix our modules, the technical logs of your instance - pages opened, errors met - are kept for 90 days after it is destroyed. They are first stripped of your IP address, of your searches and of what you typed, and may be analysed by automated tools, including at an external provider.
Who publishes these modules
CAP-REL designs, publishes and maintains modules for Dolibarr. What you try here is the published version of each one, the version you would install yourself, not a mock-up built for the demonstration. The catalog of this site only shows the modules open to trial: the range is wider.

Free software
This site is published under the AGPL v3 or later. You may therefore study it, modify it and redeploy it on your own account, including for your own modules. Section 13 of that licence wants the code actually served to be offered to anyone using the service over a network: here is that code. Dolibarr itself is a free software ERP, under the GPL, developed by its own community.
